The standardized metrics we use are very important in our approach to quality care (to learn more, click on “Quality – How Do We Compare” below). Using the same surveys and measures as other healthcare systems gives VMH a framework of specific guidelines to follow.

However, we find that the comments from patients give us the most useful feedback of all. We want to hear all about your care experience at VMH. We strive each day to fulfill our mission of being the best provider of healthcare in our region, and your direct comments help us know if we are achieving that goal.
