VMH Welcomes S&S Cycle!
The VMH WELLNESS CENTER is an exercise facility with a variety of aerobic exercise equipment (treadmills, Airdyne bikes, NuStep recumbant bikes, rowing machines, stair climbers, Precor ellipses, and upper body arm ergometers, and strength training equipment (Magnum, Life Wellness, and Cybex). The Center, located on the first floor of the hospital, also includes a warm water therapy pool, racquetball court, and large group exercise studio.The VMH WELLNESS CENTER is a safe and comfortable environment in which to exercise.
