where his broad-based practice included
vascular, thoracic and trauma surgery.
Specialties: Fiorucci’s
medical interests include all areas of general surgery. He has become well
respected for his work in laparoscopic surgery, including colectomies, antireflux
surgery, splenectomies and hernias. He also specializes in stapled hemorrhoidectomies,
and endocrine and breast surgery. “I take great pride in caring for the
whole patient, meeting not only physical needs, but mental, emotional and spiritual
needs as well,” Fiorucci said. “I spend time talking with patients
and their families to help them understand what is going on. It’s important
to know my patients and have them know me, because they are entrusting their
medical care to me.”
